Allah in the name of the most Affectionate the Merciful.

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

1. Woe is to a slanderer backbiter.

1. وَیْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةِۙ۝۱

2. Who gathered wealth and kept it counted.

2. اِ۟لَّذِیْ جَمَعَ مَالًا وَّ عَدَّدَهٗۙ۝۲

3. Does he think that his wealth will make him immortal?

3. یَحْسَبُ اَنَّ مَالَهٗۤ اَخْلَدَهٗۚ۝۳

4. Never, he shall be surely thrown into the crusher.

4. كَلَّا لَیُنْۢبَذَنَّ فِی الْحُطَمَةِ٘ۖ۝۴

5. And what made you known what is the crusher?

5. وَ مَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُؕ۝۵

6. Allah's fire that is blazing.

6. نَارُ اللّٰهِ الْمُوْقَدَةُۙ۝۶

7. One which shall rise over the hearts.

7. الَّتِیْ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْاَفْـِٕدَةِؕ۝۷

8. Undoubtedly, it will be closer in on them.

8. اِنَّهَا عَلَیْهِمْ مُّؤْصَدَةٌۙ۝۸

9. In long columns

9. فِیْ عَمَدٍ مُّمَدَّدَةٍ۠۝۹
