Allah in the name of the most Affectionate the Merciful.

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

1. Have We not expanded your breast?

1. اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَۙ۝۱

2. And removed from you, your burden,

2. وَ وَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَۙ۝۲

3. Which had broken your back

3. الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَۙ۝۳

4. And We have exalted for you your remembrance.

4. وَ رَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَؕ۝۴

5. Therefore, surely there is ease with hardship.

5. فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًاۙ۝۵

6. Undoubtedly, there is ease with hardship.

6. اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًاؕ۝۶

7. So, when you are free after prayer, then strive hard in invocation.

7. فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْۙ۝۷

8. And attend to your Lord only.

8. وَ اِلٰى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ۠۝۸
